I am trying to re-install factory software which I purchased, "Adobe X Standard" for which I a license card and registration code. When I log into My Account and am re-directed to smartsource.dell.com (https://smartsource.dell.com/web/UserForms/RegisterSystem.aspx) the page says to click "Register New System" , but there is no link or button present. I have tried this using Internet Explorer 10 and Google Chrome.
Follow the steps below to register your system with My Dell Downloads:
This link for My dell downloads would only work on Internet explorer browser not on any other browser. If you are using Internet explorer browser already, try resetting the internet explorer.
If the issue persists, please follow below mentioned steps to reset IE:
Your changes will take effect the next time you open Internet Explorer.
Also, ensure correct country is selected on the main page for My Dell Downloads.
