I have a Dell v515w printer about a year and a half old. When I try to print something the paper jams. It does not crumble up. It stops right before coming into the inside of the printer. Right were those 4 black rollers are. I have taken out the power box for 5 mins I have turned it upside down I have looked inside with a flash light and see nothing. I can not force a piece of thinker paper threw it. I have my little ones first birthday invitations to print out so I need this fixed.

Tried all of the above. Nothing worked. I did the firewall last. As soon as it restarted the printer it said paper jam. There is no paper in the printer. I have cleaned and turned it upside down and looked and there is nothing in there.
I can understand electronic devices can create confusion when they do not work the way they are designed for. I appreciate your time in trying to fix the printer by yourself.
As the issue still occurs even after trying the above steps, the printer needs to be replaced.
