I have a brand new V525W printer. I have installed everything as per the instructions but the printer will only deliver blank pages.!
I have followed all the troubleshooting advice, including cleaning and aligning, but it is still not resolved.
The ink cartridges are brand new and installed correctly. No error messages appear - in fact, it just seems that the ink is not reaching the printer head.
Can anyone help me!!!???

Thanks so much! The printer was indeed still set to Manufacturers test mode, found within the Printer Quality troubleshooting page...
We did not come across this is in the User Guide or indeed the website support pages.
