  • Hi amol8,

    Welcome to the community.

I would request you to try power cycling the setup that is switch of the modem and the computer and restart it after 10 to 15 secs and check. If it is still not working, then go into the command prompt and do an IPCONFIG/ all and send me the details.

Please respond in case you need any further assistance or clarification.

    Thanks and Regards

  • amol8,

    • Power off your ISP modem/router and your wireless router(if any) for 30 seconds. Then power on the ISP modem/router. Wait 15 seconds, then power on the wireless router(if any)

Shut down the computer. Attach the ethernet cable. Wait 30 seconds, then start the computer.

    Can you connect?

If not, can you post an ipconfig /all log and post it back here?

What virus program and firewall are you using?

Make and model of yur computer and operating system? 32-bit or 64-bit?

  • amol8,

Start, control panel, network and sharing center, click on your connection, properties. Look for TCP/IPv4 and TCP/IPv6 and click on properties for each. Have your settings match mine.

Restart your computer and try to connect.

  • amol8,

Your ipconfig /all log looks strange. If you are translating it, please post it the way it appears. I am not seeing the adpaters that are on the system. Your ipconfig /all log should look similar to mine.
