This is to protect Dell customers from any potentially fraudulent requests for information. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience, however this policy is in place with our customer's best interests in mind.
In order to unlock the BIOS password from this system, you will need to contact your local Dell Technical Support team and confirm your ownership details with them. Assuming that you confirm the ownership details with the local technical support team, they will provide you with a password which will remove the existing admin password.
