Hi LegitxJoe Daddy,
I am sorry for the inconvenience; please update the audio driver using the link below.
In this link punch in the system service tag or express service code and select the right OS, under the audio category select the audio driver and install it in the system

I looked at your other threads to try to find your model's name (found it) and i see that you restored back to the original factory configuration "recently". If the audio has not worked at all since then you have hardware failure. Sorry.
@Jimco No this issue just recently started
Nothing has worked so far guys
Can't see your other thread at the moment did you attempt diagnostics (F12) yet?
Could you please post the device id's of those unknown devices. For example...

It might help if you were a little more generous with information. What exactly have you tried and what exactly were the results, and I don't mean "nothing worked". I particularly want to know what happened when you tried to install the Creative Recon3Di audio driver. Would also appreciate an answer to my earlier question about the circumstances.
At this point you should run hardware diagnostics on the audio and make sure the hardware is still working. Also try with and without headphones to determine if there is audio at the output jack.
Specifically, I want to know if the Creative driver installed or not -- does it show up in Device manager?
Also, are you going to have to replace your hard drive?
