When I use muse to turn Off the computer the fan speed up , the screen showing computer is shutting down but nothing happen.

I am having the same issue -- after upgrading my memory, Bios shows 4096 MB installed and 4086 MB available, but Windows (XP) only shows 3.25 GB available. Prior to the upgrade, Windows showed all 3 GB installed as available, so it doesn't seem like a video card should be affecting things now...
