Boot Configuration Data file is missing

I try to boot my computer and I just get a blue screen, it says I need recovery tools on my installation media, but I never received any installation disc with my computer. 

I have the Dell Inspiron One 2330. 

Your PC needs to be repaired. 

File:\BCD

Error Code: 0xc0000034

  • If you're in the US, start here to request the OS disk. If system isn't under warranty they may charge for the disk. And they'll only provide the same version of Windows that was installed by Dell at the factory.

    If you're outside the US, you'll have to contact Dell Tech Support in your own country or region.
