Dell 530s How to reinstall microsoft os

This question is not answered

Had a virus on my computer bought a cd called wipedrive.It completely took everything off my hard drive.I tried to reinstall vista,but since the basic microsoft program is gone the disc wont work.Where or how can I get the preinstalled microsoft program to reinstall it.Thanks

    In your system it is recommended to securely wipe the hard drive using DBAN (optional Step 7a) to ensure that the infection is completely eradicated.

    You will need to use another computer to download and prepare the media, DBAN, Windows Vista Installation USB, Activation Backup and Recovery, OS Updates and Drivers. Note as you are performing the manual installation you might want to consider upgrading to Windows 7 or Windows 8 opposed to reinstalling Windows Vista. There are sections in the guide which instruct you how to clean install these Operating Systems for a 30 day trial (Windows 7) and the Consumer Preview of Windows 8.1.
