Please. please, please......Where can I buy (online) an Internal Hard Drive for a Dell- Optiplex GX620 Ultra Small Form Factor Computer
The hard drive has a maximum height of 1' / 2.5cm. Serial ATA Hard Drive (very compact)
I'm in AUSTRALIA
I bought my DELL computer secondhand without the hard drive inside so I have no other specs.

You can fit any SATA or SATA II regular desktop Internal hard drive on this computer you will need an Hard drive bracket from the old hard drive so that you can attach it to the new hard drive and fit it into the computer. You can refer to the link below for purchasing the hard drives for your system.

Samsung makes a nice SSD that I've found works well with the GX620. You may also need an adapter, and I recommend the Silverstone SST-SDP08B.
You'll also need a SATA data cable and possibly a SATA power adapter.
Some SSD kits like the intel and crucial versions include the 3.5 adapter

The adapters don't always fit. The Silverstone has the same size and all the mounting points of a conventional hard drive.
I prefer ICY DOCK MB882SP-1S-2B 2.5" to 3.5"
SATA 6Gb SSD & Hard Drive Converter / Adapter / Bracket
If the ICY Dock does not fit then your system does not accept 3.5 inch drives because it has all the holes
and size of a standard drive.
It looks elaborate, but it's likely more expensive than the Silverstone.
I installed a Silverstone in a Dimension 3000 chassis yesterday, mounting two 2.5-inch devices (a 120gb SSD and 750gb hard drive). It works well; I was able to restore an Acronis TrueImage partition backup to the 750, then clone the 750 to the SSD.
