It seems that the computer is in sleep/standby mode, I would request you to unplug the power cable from the back of the computer which will turn off all the lights on the computer and then press and hold power button for 10-15 seconds. Once that is done, please plugin the power cable and turn on the computer, which should fix the issue.

The light status has changed to amber colour.
Solid amber = The system board cannot start initialization. There may be an issue with the system board, memory, processor or the power supply.

I would like to inform you that there can be two status related to amber light :
In case it is blinking amber then it means that the system board cannot start initialization. There could be a power problem, a device may be malfunctioning or incorrectly installed.
Solid amber light on the tower indicates that the computer is in sleep/standby mode or there might be a problem with the system board or the power supply.
Follow the below mentioned steps to fix the issue :
Step 1 Connect the computer to a known good power outlet bypassing the UPS/Spike buster, if any. If it works fine well and good, else proceed to Step 2.
Step 2 If Computer Power LED is still blinking or solid amber, Turn off the computer and Disconnect all external peripherals from the system. Remove power cable and press and hold the power button for 10 seconds and then plugin the power cable and try to turn it on. If issue doesn’t get resolved, would request you to provide the system’s Service Tag and contact information with best time to reach in private message only.
