i have a dell gx270 series. firstly it was working fine for a long time. later it stops detecting any kind of usb flash and usb devices. i add an usb card, the usb card starts working. later my power button some times work and some times not and then power button also stop working. later i used a screw driver to start the computer every time by touching it on the motherboard where power supply ribbon cabel is connected. but not now it stops working also. the technicians are not so experts as before when i go to them they give me a usb card instead of repairing usb ports which were not working. What should i do so that my computer able to became start.
and also its usb ports becams working also but now the original problem is the unable to ON the computer. the computer is receiving electric current and orange light is on on the motherborad.
Neither yellow/orange lights are ON on the power button .

Thank you for the detailed description of the problem. As I understand from your post you need the following part:
If you look at the picture you can see the power button which, you say, is broken. Try replacing this and do let me know if the power button issue is fixed.
For the USB port issue I need the Service Tag of the machine to look up the exact part. As suggested earlier, please do not post any of the Dell Service Tag in any open forum. As of now, you can find the system's original service tag from the system BIOS and you can note the same for your future reference. You can follow the below steps to locate the Service Tag of the machine from BIOS:
1. Start the computer and wait for it to boot all the way into the windows.
2. Click on the Start button and then select Run.
3. In the Run Dialog Box type cmd and hit Enter.
4. In the screen that opens next type the following:
wmic bios get serialnumber
5. This will display the Service Tag of the machine and you can make a note of it for your future reference.
As you referred to in the Direct Message that the USB Ports are not working and also there is no audio from the audio ports on the machine, for this issue I recommend uninstalling and then reinstalling the Chipset Drivers and Audio Drivers from our support site (if you are not from US region please do select the correct region as per your location from the top left side of the webpage before downloading the drivers also select the right system model or enter the Service Tag):

How are you sir, I'm having a problem with my dell optiplex gx260 with power and i have checked my power supply its fine the cable from power button is fine, and i even tried manually to power on my PC direct in the mother board still it did not respond but after a while it goes on.. please help me with a solution its almost 9 years now im using the machine and it started last year please help me...
